Events priced at $10,000 or less are paid in full at booking. For events above $10,000, a 50% deposit secures the date, with the balance due at least 48 hours before service begins.

We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, Venmo, and Zelle. Credit-card payments carry a 4% processing charge.

No. Gratuity is optional and not included. Guests or hosts may tip staff directly or arrange to add a tip to the final payment.

If the team is available, extra service time can be added at the original hourly rate. Payment for the extension is due before the additional service starts.
